Why does the schedule only reach a week or two ahead?
Because that is as far as anyone has published. Organisers usually announce fixtures around two weeks out, so the board fills in as they do rather than all at once. Tournament dates appear earlier than the games inside them.
Why do some matches say the teams are “TBD”?
The fixture exists but the draw has not happened. Roughly three quarters of matches are in that state when they first appear. Alerts still plan for them and drop them later if your team turns out not to be playing.
How do alerts reach me?
Through Telegram. Connect a chat in Settings, and alerts arrive there. Our bot cannot message you until you start the chat, which is why connecting is a link you follow rather than an address you type.
What happens when I follow a team?
You get an alert for each of its games — a day, six hours and an hour beforehand. It is created for you and needs no setting up. Unfollowing removes it.
Can I build something more specific?
Yes. An alert can watch a team, an event, a stage, a circuit or everything, and can be narrowed by tier, time of day, opponent and more. Three of those are allowed per account, on top of the ones following creates.
It is sending too much. What now?
Snooze it. One button pauses everything for a while, or send /snooze to the bot. /stop pauses indefinitely without deleting anything, and /resume brings it back.
Why did I get one message about several games?
Because they were all due at the same moment. Sending them separately would be the same notification five times over.
Are the times in my timezone?
Yes, once you set one in Settings. Until then they follow the site default.
